The journey began in 2021 during the COVID period, when we returned to our village and interacted with farmers cultivating Nannari roots. These conversations opened our eyes to both the traditional importance of this ingredient and the challenges farmers face in cultivation and fair market value.
Why ROOTARI Started
This led to a simple question:
Can Nannari be responsibly cultivated, scientifically understood, and transformed into multiple trusted natural applications?
That question became the foundation of ROOTARI.
