Delivery, cancellations and product support
Delivery is available to serviceable PIN codes across India. Shipping charges depend on your PIN code and order weight and are shown before payment. In-stock orders normally dispatch within 1–2 business days; estimated delivery takes another 5–7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations and courier disruptions may take longer. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Cancel before dispatch for a full refund. Change-of-mind and personal taste-preference returns are not accepted. Please report visible damage, leakage, wrong or missing items within 48 hours; quality concerns discovered later are assessed separately. Approved claims receive a replacement or refund, and ROOTARI covers any required return shipping for damaged, incorrect or defective products.
Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days; bank credit may take an additional 5–10 business days. Read our Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy, or contact ROOTARI before returning an item.
No added sugar, clearly explained
No sugar is added during formulation. This is not a “sugar-free” claim: the current nutrition panel declares 8.5 g total sugars and 0 g added sugars per 100 ml. Always refer to the physical pack for the legally applicable ingredient and nutrition declaration.
Ingredients and transparent formulation
RO water, natural Nannari roots, rose-petal extract, acidity regulator [citric acid (INS 330)], stabilizer [INS 466] and preservative [INS 202]. A permitted food-grade preservative is used within applicable regulatory limits to support product stability.

How to enjoy it cold or warm
Cold drink: Mix 30–40 ml concentrate with 120–160 ml chilled water or soda. Add lemon or soaked sabja as desired, stir and serve chilled. Warm infusion: Mix 25–30 ml concentrate with 120 ml warm water. Add lemon, ginger, mint, cinnamon or honey as desired, stir and enjoy warm.
Storage and shelf life
Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening, keep the bottle tightly closed and consume within 15 days. The declared best-before period is 3 months from manufacture; confirm the date printed on the bottle.

ROOTARI is prepared and supplied from Hyderabad and Chittoor. Retail delivery across India depends on stock, courier serviceability and applicable shipping charges. Restaurants, cafés, juice centres, caterers, retailers and distributors can submit business requirements. ROOTARI is also developing formal international distribution and export opportunities; overseas availability remains subject to destination-country import, labelling and food regulations.
