ROOTARI (a brand of SARWABHOUMA ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED, "ROOTARI", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use rootari.com or place an order with us, and how we use it.
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is necessary with the third parties that help us operate — our payment processor (Razorpay) and delivery partner (Delhivery) — to complete your order, and Google for the Customer Reviews programme described below. We may also share information with government or regulatory authorities where required by law. These providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy policies.
We participate in Google Customer Reviews to collect feedback about shopping with ROOTARI. After a successfully verified online payment, our order confirmation page may display Google's invitation to receive a purchase-experience survey. To display and operate this invitation, we send Google your order reference, order-confirmation email address, delivery country and estimated delivery date. These details are transmitted when the invitation loads, before you choose whether to receive the survey. Our current integration does not send your payment credentials, full delivery address, phone number or purchased-item details to this programme.
Choosing to receive the survey is optional and does not affect your order, delivery or support. If you opt in, Google may email you a survey after the estimated delivery date. Our shopping cart uses your browser's local storage to remember the products you select. After successful payment verification, we use session storage to temporarily pass your order reference, email address, delivery country and estimated delivery date to the confirmation page for Google Customer Reviews. We do not add your email address to the confirmation-page URL. The confirmation page removes this record before loading Google's invitation; records older than 30 minutes are not used. If the confirmation page is not opened, the record may remain for the browser session or until a later successful order replaces it.
Google and other embedded service providers may use cookies or similar technologies when their services load. Google's use of these technologies is explained in its cookie information. You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Blocking cookies, scripts or storage may affect cart, payment or review-invitation functionality.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You provide information to us at your own risk.
We retain order records for 7 years, as required for accounting, legal, and customer-support purposes, and we may retain other information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.
