These terms govern your use of rootari.com and any purchase made from ROOTARI, a brand of Sarwabhouma Enterprises Private Limited ("ROOTARI", "we", "us"). By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
We make reasonable efforts to display product information, images, and pricing accurately. Nannari products are natural and made in small batches, so slight variation in appearance, taste, or color between batches is normal and is not a defect.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise; GST is added at checkout. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode and order weight. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay — we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details.
An order is confirmed once payment is successfully captured. We reserve the right to cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product becomes unavailable after you've paid, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROOTARI's total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (such as loss of profits or data) arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in this clause limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability arising from a defective product under the Consumer Protection Act.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
